Trending @Capgemini; Is Internal Mobility a gimmick @Capgemini?

Hi people, I am currently working at the Capgemini, I was told we can switch the domain and roles within the company after 18 Months, currently I am in Infrastructure Services and would like to switch to Development (FS). Is there anyone who has switched his or her role using the job postings in the Internal mobility ?
