Trending @Capgemini; Is esop worth buying if you are sure that you would not be part of the organisation until next 5 years?

@DullEnigma9 yes, I raised the same question in esop's call the team informed, if we leave after 2months after taking esop's plan there will be no impact on our plans it will be matured for 5years, for every year they will be charging 20-30euros if we leave the organization untill maturity. If we not leave the organization the 20-30euros will not charged. Anything let me know.

Yes..if you are sure to Stay for 5 years..there has been good appreciation in my money invested in 2022..25k INR is now valued at 70k..There are no dividends benefits though ..Even if you exit CG, there is a choice to continue..Lome someone said..35 euros AMC needs to be paid ..

If you are sure about that you gonna stay for 5 years in CG it’s definitely worth it for sure
