Lately feeling that Capgemini is not egalitarian at all. I feel that the way I have seen male employees covertly flirting with female employees creates an environment of hostile work environment.

What's your location? It's very safe in the Mumbai campuses atleast. Not heard of any stalking or unwanted forceful interaction barely any sexism, except a few uncle type managers with their once in a while sexist-wife jokes which no one finds funny.... It's not a GREAT place to work for anyone, irrespective of gender, if your not ready to slog.
