Hello, I have been working in Capgemini since past 3 years with tech stack - Java , spring boot, microservices I recently got an offer from Infosys with 9.6 LPA with 10% variable, is it good? Can anyone give me a breakdown of what it could be in-hand salary? Shall I join or continue my job search?

9.6 LPA with 10% variable is a bit low for 3 YOE in Java and Spring Boot. In-hand might be around 60-65k per month. Keep looking for better offers, but weigh Infosys's benefits too
