Trending @Capgemini; Is 12 day WFO compulsory if you are billable in a project?
I am billable in a project. Is 12 days WFO applicable for me or is it only for people on bench?

Generally it is 3 days a week, in case of approval from your manager (Grade C and above) then 12 days a month you can do.

I think 12 days total is acceptable irrespective of grade. Although don’t have an idea how is it for bench resources.

I am not taking for specific grades, it's for all grades.
It just you need an approval for 12 days a month from anyone C or above grade

If project people not going to office 12 days na what they ll do?

Well sometimes US client hours make it harder to go to office each day and work from office. Also for project people WFH and WFO are same as the amount of work done is same.

Amount of work is never same for project ppl for WFH and WFO. From office we do less work, as less or shorter breaks for lunch, tea and so on. For me, the days i go to office, i can hardly get any work done.

Weird question, any reason you think billable resources aren’t required to be compliant with company policies?

Totaly depends on your managers for exception approval

Are you sure? N+1 you mean? Because my manager washed their hands and said the special BTO team within the HR Department is the sole authority to provide any form of WFH approval. What's the truth guys?

Different person different story. But if your n+1 and 2nd level approver approves it then its good to go

I have been working from home for the past 8 months now after getting billable in the project.

Its mandatory for all associates and if you are on bench then you should visit office daily

Yes it's mandatory

It is mandatory for except the following:
- You have taken approval for the wfh from HR
- You are working on client side Apart from this if you are not complaint with BTO or not completing 12 then sooner or later they might take some actions on those individuals.

Non sense question is this.. policy is for all

It's mandatory for all
