Yes we can provided the invoice is on employees name. Max amount that can be reimbursed is Rs 500. You'd also be requiring a internet expense project code to claim the reimbursement. You can connect with your N+1 or your colleagues to know the project code. To claim the reimbursement simple search 'Internet Expense' in service central and click on the first result. Full the form accordingly and attach the invoice and submit it.

Note: The invoice can be of any amount but max. possible reimbursement is of only 500 Rs. Eg. Your invoice for this month is of Rs 580, so while submitting the claim just mention the amount as 500 Rs.
