I received a call from the IJP team stating that you have completed 18 months in one account and are now eligible for an internal switch. They also told me they would revise my offer letter with a few per cent salary hike and took some basic info, like the current CTC expected. Got an interview call also.

Just a quick question, has anyone gone through the same What's your opinion on this Any idea how much exactly they give salary hike
