I want to change my location its a intercity change so do i need to submit my laptop and does n + 1 needs to intiate the request of i can do it myself and what are the steps .

Location change is not required
You can work from any office in the same city

But i need to change the location because other location in very far away from my home it will be issue for me if they call me at base location.
