Please help me with anyone here about PIP. In which criteria they initiate PIP. And after initiating PIP is there any chances to get allocated to the project. When we are in the is allowed to give a client interview. If we are on bench for 2.5 months only and given only 2 interview calls still they are sending in PIP, is this the right way for initiating PIP
Look for another job. It's indirect way to say resign
Pip and botp is the same. So they initiate it saying we are ageing on bench or our performance was not upto the mark. They will ask us to undergo a botp training of 8 weeks based on the domain you are trained on. And based on our performance feedback from this training, they will retain us or ask us to resign.
Mostly they say to resign I guess, that's what I heard
There is no criteria, for me they initiated as i didnt reported to office. Even after receiving 5 rating from client.
