Trending @Capgemini; In CG manager didnt pick the calls and no response on teams, multiple time call and ping on teams, only manager call for there task only

Incompetency at it best.... As an example managers and people or portfolio managers.

if a employee cant raise there problems and concerns to manager then why manager role is created. They dont have answer and they dont want to listen.

CG people manager are insensitive. They do not bother replying. If you follow up , they will call you impatient.

as per my understanding they care about work and tasks only .
