Trending @Capgemini; In Capgemini after December 31st how many leaves will be carry forwarded?

1.If you have more than 30 it will come to 30. 2. If you even have less than 30 but still have more than 15 of this year's leave accrual, that will come to 15. Like if you have taken only 4 days , then 18 is in ur 30. Which has 3 more than 15 , so u lose 3 days . So u have 27 for next year

@DutifulCivilian 30 will be forwarded. Rest of leaves will be lapsed, if you don't use the extra leaves.
