I am looking for Finance and accounting role via IJP in Capgemini.. Is anyone aware of any openings?

I am getting but my manager gets to know if I apply and creates issues before even starting the IJP process
I first want to reach out to the POC who is hiring to start the process is it possible without letting my manager know and they get notified only when I'm finalized for that role?
Yes through IJP it happens when you will get finalized your manager will get your selection mail and you will be in cc
There is no POC in the mail to whom I can reach out directly.. of I apply my manager gets to know and deny the movement before I can even proceed with the IJP process
If you have completed 18 months in your project, then your manager won't be able to stop you from switching for another project.
If you can go through the policy about internal job postings then you will come to know about this.
If he/she stops you, then you can escalate this with your people manager.
