Trending @Capgemini; If we have 15 lacks package what should be the in-hand salary..?

I joined at 16lpa in Capgemini so I can give better answer. I was getting 1.11 lakh in hand post all deduction so you would be little less than this.
Please note, I had declared 1.5L in 80C and 30K in 80D and 29800/- per month as house rent, 50K in NPS and was using meal card which is of 2200/- per month.

In-hand salary for a 15 lakh package is around 1 lakh per month. Deductions like tax and PF will affect it, but you can expect close to that amount.

You can get in-hand around 1 lakh 11 thousand.
