From April 2024 to the till date I haven't completed 12 days for any month.. I just went for 8-9 days..got promotion and appraisal

Mostly not. As long as you are finishing your work on time & your project/manager is okay with it, you should be good.

I've heard that min of 10 days should be maintained to be in safe zone. Ig 8 days would be fine for just a month
