As far as I heard, company gets additional billing amount for their resources working from client location. Like eg: Resource 1 billing is 60rs per hr from CG location and Resource 2 billing is 100rs per hr from client location.

So generally working from client location is added profit for company. But again all the increments and hikes are based on your manager and your leaders
