Bench people will ask you to put leaves for 12 days for BTO compliance. If you don't have any leaves they will ask you to apply LOP.. for me this is happening

When I put down paper in May, I was on a bench and didn't went to office. In HR exit call they were saying to come 12 days and all... Nobody ask me to apply leaves.
