Check how many working days remains after your 11 days leave. You need to be in office for atleast 60% of the remaining working days. Eg. Total working days in December is 22. You applied for 11 days leaves, so remaining working days is 11. So you need to be in office for atleast 60% of those 11 days which comes upto around 7 days.
