I am new joinee, work location is hyderabad. Can anyone form hyderabad location please help me from where do i need to collect the id card?

After 2 to 3 days of onboarding, you can go to main campus in Hyderabad, You can collect id card and laptop(if laptop is approved) over there.

Laptop is approved, but to collect the laptop i should have id card or visitors id card. To get the visitor approval my people manager is on leave for 7 days.
Can i go directly to main campus and collect the id card and laptop with prior information from my people manager.
