Access is granted within your designated base city. Mumbai-based employees can access any Mumbai office, and similarly, Kolkata-based employees can access any Kolkata office. Access outside of your base city requires prior authorization from the security team.

By default card for base location and can work for other locations as well. However, Mumbai Airoli SEZ is exception. You need to get permission for access from local security team or else register your name.

I saw that card of my pune colleague did not worked in Airoli SEZ.

Recently we received an email from management to provide them with the reason why someone swipped from different location and not from primary location.So please take action accordingly.

Mostly you will have access to ur base location or where you got the access card. Then for other locations you need to get access to enter any specific odc. You need to check with security team there. manager approval needed i guess

Yes it will work, if your access is not working you can raise a request to the security team.
