How important is the assessments assigned to us in iCompass?
I'm planning on dropping paper anytime now, but have an assessment pending in iCompass
Will this create an hindrance for me?

Yes, it will create a hindrance. Ignoring iCompass assessments is like ignoring a ticking time bomb. Get it done.

Does anyone even check the iCompass stuff huh? Why is it even so important and moreover the pending assessment is not something I nominated myself for, my TL nominated me without my concern for the training....
