Already you pay taxes to the govt, If you don't file ITR it won't affect anything to the govt but it will impact on you. File ITR get it back your funds if any

Not filing ITR only you will suffer Changing the government from time to time is the only option. But the public needs to understand this, this will happen if you vote for shit things instead of development.
