Wherever this is demand, supply is even more, competition is more, same thing applies to Onsite. You don't have to apply , just raise it to your project manager, and if there is no such opportunity then talk to your RMG. Everyone wants onsite, only easier way is to get well connected to your client and create your presence such that client can enable your onsite travel for a few months or years.
