I am currently working as an Associate Consultant at the Capgemini, specializing as a Technical Support Specialist in the RPA domain. My responsibilities include managing application and infrastructure issues. As my project is set to conclude on February 28, 2025, I will be on the bench thereafter.

I am concerned about the frequency of project calls for resources who are on the bench. I would appreciate any insights or clarity on this matter.
