Trending @Capgemini; I look after multiple projects and I see unequal treatment

The projects which I look, I have observed that there 1-2 team members who have a separate biased treatment from the leadership.

Though I am their Lead but those few team members get a lot of favour from my senior leadership. What to do in such cases?
