Trending @Capgemini; I joined cg on Dec 2024. I been tagged to hsbc account

My domain is iOS. I been waiting for client interview for more than 6 month. I tagged to this account but I am submitting timesheet in Non billable code. I am not even getting call from other accounts because I am not on bench. Did anyone faced this issue earlier?

Capgemini employees may end up with "experience on paper" without "gaining substantial hands-on experience", which is a major career drawback after joining Capgemini.

I joined in Jan 2025 into Flutter. Tagged in a project for 3 months and got released due to requirement change. Still clocking billable with the same project code, not getting any client interviews either.

If you are working with the client, then it might mean you are tagged as a shadow resource.

This basically happens to freshers, where they are shadow some senior to learn the ropes.

If you are an experienced dev, then I am not sure...

In any of which case mentioned above, I’d suggest to talk to your staffing partner and if they don’t respond, reach out to there N+1,2 after few gentle follow ups, do not put your career at stake by waiting and doing nothing.
