It's CG policy if you joined in 2024 you will get a hike in the 2026 cycle , % depend upon performance and reviews 5- 15 % Max

Only 2-4% increment is there mostly everyone gets 3 rating if you get 2 rating even it will increase around 5-7%.

And if your manager is not in the project then it might be possible that if you convince your manager properly with proofs of work then you will get 1-2 rating and decent salary hike

There's a policy document mentioning the minimum months for freshers for a hike. I don't remember exactly but it was definitely more than a year. Anyway, don't wait for. Just switch
