Trending @Capgemini; I joined Capgemini as a Senior Software Engineer and it's been almost 3 years. I haven't got any promotion though I have been billable all

the time. There is no transparency. Asked multiple times with my manager and HR but haven't got any clear answer. This is probably the worst management this organization is having.

might be you are not bootliker because in hr call they clearly said that after 2 yrs hikes will be given but i raised concern to ethics and compliance i got one more email that you violated company policies and appoached other team pata nai konsa nasha krte hai
