I have uninstall Sapiens Buddy from system. Do you guys know what can happen with this? I am tired of this 3rd class app which doesn't calculate the working hours. What if you have less work in the sprint. Though you sit in front of machin for more than 8 hours.
Worst app introduce, this is ok for admin people or bench people but it is bad for senior developers.

I see these apps not as monitoring tools but "excuse generator for not giving raise" app. If they don't want to give you raise they will use it to make any issue. Tbh I don't care about the funny counts of various activities in these apps, and just focus on my work.
Me toh client laptop se kam kr rha hu cg laptop only 1-2hr use hota hai. Sapience se filhal kuch issue ni hua hai abtak. Me offline work b ni datla hu
I uninstalled it last year May'23... No issues as of yet... I only got one mail last year sapience : dormant user... But no issues...
Actually I'm new joiner, I didn't have much Task assigned back in march 2024. I got mail stating that you had worked less that hour, in compensation with you have to apply leave or lwp coming week.....
I have seen people getting their promotion stopped because the so called performance monitoring tool shows them as not productive enough
I guess they gonna use this as excuse during ratings
