See, if you are eligible then you will receive it. There might be some delay but you will receive it. I, for the last 2 years, was usually receiving my letter during mid April.

I'd suggest you to go and check your compensation in Get success and calculate the total amount. One of my colleague didn't get any email but when I checked her profile, I could see the compensation has been changed but no email was sent to her.
Also, one piece of advice if you do see change in compensation then take a screenshot of each parts of your full screen with date and time.
I had a situation where my compensation was severely changed and I challenged the HRBP of Invent and nobody helped me because I didn't have pictures to proof it. So keep your proofs ready .
CG also alters your compensation. They had released my compensation in Jan 29th and sent me mails on Feb first week for advance variable but when I checked my total compensation was changed too. But no email regarding that was shared
@WideRib my N+1 also said that sometimes there will be a delay in generating letters. All will not get the letter on the first day. So he requested that I wait for some days.
