10 percent for c1 is fixed may be ur salary is toooooo high

Mine is C2 grade and for me 10% variable

They make every employee fool with false commitments. It is 10% for all c1 grade. Also they give only 50-60% of variable pay if you are the best performer. So deny if they keep the 20% vp.
