Don't expect for it... But you may get 5-10%.. when you expect it and if you don't get, you will be disappointed... So don't expect.. when you get it you will be happy... All the best...

I am not expecting but I want to be clear on that as my 1 year in CG will be done by Feb so it will not cause any issue for hike

I received Succeeding for 2023 and got an 11.9% hike. You'll get more. Might be a promotion as well.

Yes, March they used to give yearly hikes and few people do company swith so its good for company to think on giving hike to the ones who stayed
