Trending @Capgemini; I have got exceeding rating during my promotion cycle(JFM). What should be the chances of getting promoted to B1 from A5?

If you joined as fresher 1st promotion from A4 to a5 you get after 18months, then next promotion and hike will happen after 12 months. High chances of getting promotion.( Note: you should be billable in a project)

Hey bro, I'm also A5, got exceeding rating this time, any chance to get promoted to B1? I've been in same grade since 2 years

And is there any difference between year-end review and promotion?
