Trending @Capgemini; I have completed 2 yrs in March’24, last year no hike/increment with 3 rating and this year only 4% hike with succeeding rating in billable project. Can anyone suggest if I am eligible for promotion this year. TYE 7.9 and B2 grade

I am in the same situation. Received 1 rating but got 2 % hike. My manager is saying they will give me a promotion to c1. My ctc is 22lpa
What is your ctc for b2?

Be lucky for now with whatever you get, I got "Exceptional" the highest rating and got only 1% of increment.

What does succeeding denote in terms of rating?
