No hike no variable if it is improvement then no worry otherwise u have to go through PIP

Iam on bench since Nov 2025 . After 8 years Iam on bench . But I got Need improvement BOTP plan . No hike and No variable pay . So whatever work I did before bench it’s all wasted .
