No hike no promotions no variable pay

If you are not BTO compliance then you may or may not receive warning mails about non compliance. Then after sometime, even though you might have not received any warning mails, HR will schedule a call with you and will ask you to defend yourself with all the proof and explanation for not complying to the BTO policy. Here, if there were any genuine reason for your non compliance, then you must explain and submit the proof to them else they'll take disciplinary action against you. I'm not sure how where this deciplinary action involves termination or not
