What are the retention policies? After how many days we can resign again?

Btw this year's advance variable was credited in Jan and I think the next would be in March or April . However last year, I got the advance in Feb. So better to follow up with your HRBP for this information.

Have they requested the offer letter as part of the retention process? Also, is there any agreement or commitment required if one accepts the retention offer?......
