Trending @Capgemini; I got Promotion on Jan and got my 6% hike I got exceeding rating, will I be getting hike for my rating in march?

Not sure but one my teammate had got her promotion mail in Jan and she had got around 6% hike as well then later on March again she had received a hike of 5% for her rating. This is from around 2 years back
