Is Program Manager role in CG a technical or management role ? Will Program manager get project easily ? I am interested in technical role only.

IN CG There is no relation between the position and type of work you will get . It can be technical or management . I have seen people in the senior Manager role and doing development work . So the designation does not matter that much . It is based on the YOE.
