Trending @Capgemini; I don't like my current project in Capgemini
I recently joined Capgemini ( in July 2025) and i directly got selected by the client. Now when I started working on the project, I didn't like the atmosphere, my senior colleagues they all have their own group. And I feel isolated many times. Also when I seek help, they are like ( how you don't know this or that, you are an experienced person, you should know this ). Sometimes I feel very sad , worthless. How they treated me. Also they all are working individually in the project. So it will be difficult for me to coordinate. From the start of my career, I was working with the team not an individual.
I don't know what I should do in this case. I don't want to leave Capgemini as I recently joined it. Can someone please suggest. Is there any way to change the project?
Bear some time ... if you ask me my situation worst when compared to you , once I joined in capg got selected by client but it has rotatinal shifts included weekend shifts as well , I worked in night shifts as well with a toxic people at some point of time I had thought to resign but I hold my self for 6 months in project then asked release because of health by god grace they released.me ... it may not work same for you but hope for best..having a job is better than ....
As of now I am thinking about resigning as I have recently joined Capgemini. But I don't have any idea on how to deal with the situation.
Did you ask for release from your manager
Yes , I had a discussion call with higher management. And they were like it's all your fault, you are not doing well at the project. And mentioned that they are not able to release me as I directly joined a client project. I need to wait for a year or two then I will be eligible for release/project change
I also felt same so left.
we need to pray God, i am also in the same situation. if I ask to swirch or change the project, nobody cares. on-site guy is worst he is from same state same city but he talk us like we are serving him as slave lot of time I reported in pulse pekon survey . but nothing happened. In the meeting Chennai and hydrabad location ppl talk in telgu and tamil every time because I am only person from pune . and it is going badd day by day. thinking to leave but no offer yet 😔😔
