
Trending @Capgemini; I am unable to be at present situation.
For each everything I am creating panic symptoms in my mind. To speak with colleagues, sitting with colleagues, ask for any help, discuss work related stuff etc.
I am unable to learn how to initiate proper communication with people and going to dylama state, keep stressing myself.
Can anyone suggest what to do in this situations.?

Same for me I just avoid sitting with them as long as it's necessary and it gives me pleasure

My suggestion would be don't overthink too much just concentrate on a single task at a time . For communication you can start with small talk, do chatgpt for how to ask work related stuff
