I am on project billable role but still they given me rating 4.what does they mean ?can anyone please help me whether they will ask me to resign?
In which domain and technology are u working and is there any escalations received from client?
I am working on Duckcreek technologies.I just said give me some opportunity for dotnet.They are asking to work 10 hours a day every task is priority.lot of stress and work harassment.Manager is playing game with me.They purposely putted me in PIP seeing performance of only 2 months project s.whole year feedback was positive.How suddenly by 2 months.
Understood your scenario, see if u are good at your technology find try the internal opportunities to change the project. If your manager is not behaving good then do collect all your positive feedbacks in get success and other related emails with u it will help u to get land in new project so the new manager will get to know about ur positive feedbacks. If this issue continues then try to find outside cg which is the best option that u can always have.
Do not get panic in this situation try hard and study well and apply for other companies , u will get opportunities soon best luck
It means you will put on PIP… Better to look out for the opportunities… Hope you understand what does Rating 4 means … Best of Luck
