I am on bench in C1 band, going to office couldnt complete the 12 days to asked to apply as per calculation 0.6*(total working days-holiday-PL) which came to 4 days 😡. I am just feeling exploited.

Same happened to me when I continued wfh after bench period they asked me to apply leaves I’m in FS BU so I straight forwardly said I don’t have much leaves to apply and immediately I looked for projects and got myself onboarded asap they normalised everything later
