Botp has no rules, like billable with low bto are eligible for botp

My friend was also in same situation. They gave him assignment n ask to come office 12 days with 6 hours. He did that n now he is out of BTOP

It doesn't matter whether you're billable or not. It is actually based on your performance outcome last year. Every BU will have target of some percentage to keep low performors under BOTP

BOTP is kept if client feedback is negative or your attendance is not upto the business policy
Maintenance of 12 days and less than 2 hours considered as absent
