Why not? They were asking us to follow bto from long time. If you have any personal issues, should have discussed with manager
I wanted to apply bto but timeline is like you can apply for future 7-14 days and that's what happened I was completed almost half of the June month but then I mailed to my people manager also but she haven't reacted quickly on it which caused this
And tell me how can someone directly escalated to my project management team even without asking me or connecting 1:1 with me.
The problem is I don't know what the management will do with me even though I am not working under any project still I am billable and there is no transperancy of communication between the management and me they even don't involve me in the communication and that is the most important part. I don't know whether they will ask me money for the billable hours or else they will layoff me or put me under resignation.
