Trending @Capgemini; I am in billing project since 3 years. But my pay is very low (4.7 lpa) compared to standard. And I have not received any appraisal and hike. Is there any way to make my salary normalise as per market.. please suggest.
Pls switch … if u delay in changing ur job ur experience will increase where as ur salary as per market decreases and if u try to switch also they’ll provide 30-40% hike on ur current salary … in case if u delay in switching the market value for the skill will increase where as wat u are getting paid will always be less than the market standards

Same here. Just I will complete 3 years in next 3 months. But I am tired now, even if you are getting appreciated from clients, CG people will not give proper raise. I am planning to resign even without any offer in hand. At least I can focus on up skilling.
So what did u do? Have u resigned by now or what are u doing?
Look for outside opportunities bro. you will get 30-40% Hike outside easily

they are claiming 4 times from client and paying us very low, and appraisal and hike also not happened even after mail to directors and higher authority
Same here. I'm exactly on your page but my pay is 4.9 . I tried connecting with hr but all they do is give reasons even though you get them billing. I'm going to switch by month end as I complete 3yrs here.
