Trending @Capgemini; I am going to complete my 18 months in December, what can I expect?

So I had joined CG in June 2024 and I am going to complete my 18 months in this December, I will be also completing 14 months on my Project in December and have completed the My Reflections and Year end Review from my side. I want clarity on two things, first is salary hike, how much salary hike can I expect as currently I am A4 working on a base package salary. Secondly can I also expect a promotion from A4 to A5 in this year?
