If I do not attend the office 12 days a month and just 3 days..will they take any strict action like termination? As there are many projects who are offering wfh which implies that Capgemini do not have any problem with wfh.

12 day policy is applicable to all except such projects where client location is in India . For instance your base location is Bangalore but client location is Chennai , for such scenario CG won't force you to go to client location for 12 days.

Then you are not an exception. The policy is still active on you. Better stay in compliance to avoid silly issues later on during clearance .
