if i come to ofc 10days and take 2 leaves. will that accepted as 12 day wfo? any chance of getting compliance mail?
The number 12 is arrived by taking 60% of the total working days in a month.
There are usually 20 working days in a month so 60% of that is 12.
In your case if you take 2 leaves, your number of working days comes down to 18 and 60% of that is 10.8 or 11 days
You can argue and say it should be 10 but it would complete depend on how strict your BU and service line is.
I would advise take another leave or two if possible, otherwise gamble with just the 2 leaves you've already taken.
P.S take your decision quickly, Replicon will lock on the 18th for year end activities.
Still you will receive compliance email.. because they are counting only 12days. Ideally they should count 60% of working days..
Are Saturdays also attendance
My bu hr mailed once and explained that u don't need to work for 12 days if u maintain 60 % attendance after taking leaves
