I have received a mail for not attending office in the month of Feb . Will action be taken for office not attended till March or it will start from April month onwards ?

Itwjll directly and indirectly impact on promotion and hike...so be careful HR using this as an weapons against employee this time and future also....

Yes this is what HR they allow you to make mistakes then they grab it as weapon againsf us...because they are sending mails from beginning of years tk follow hybrid but we are only ignoring it

No action will be taken. Even I received a similar escalation mail. But make sure to start reporting to office from April otherwise no one would be able to help you
