In order to complete 12 days work from office, can I do it continuously 12 days of the month and later do wfh? As Senior manager told that as per new policy 3 days a week is mandatory to go?

I want to visit my hometown for holi celebrations so not sure what to do as raising a BTO exemption comes with lot of follow up questions from the leads.

Continuous 12 days is fine

I have seen every employee in my office location doing 12 days continuously efo and doing wfh for rest of the month, their/my manager never complains. Maybe it’s depends on manager to manger or if your team’s wfo days are fixed.
